The corgi price in Singapore is one of the most confusing numbers in the local pet market, with listing sites quoting anywhere from $3,000 to $9,000 and a widely-shared insurance blog table claiming $7,880 to $8,500, so we publish ours and itemize it.

Why quoted corgi prices in Singapore are all over the map
Three things scatter the market. First, imports: a Corgi flown in from a reputable overseas program carries airfare, quarantine and agent costs that a locally-raised litter does not, and some sellers pass that through unevenly. Second, packaging: a "cheap" $3,000 quote that excludes vaccinations, microchip, licence and supplies quietly becomes $4,000+ by the first month, while a published all-in figure looks more expensive precisely because it is honest.
Third, theatre: "rare colour" and "premium bloodline" surcharges, which we simply do not do. A tricolour is not rarer than a red and white in any way that matters to a family pet, a fluffy coat means more grooming rather than more prestige, and our price band stays the same across all of them.

The cheap corgi that costs the most
Singapore news carried the story of a buyer who paid $6,400 for two corgi puppies from an unlicensed source. Both died within a week of arrival.
That is the worst version of a pattern vets here see repeatedly: puppies moved too young, unvaccinated, stressed through transport, sold through channels that stop replying the moment symptoms start. Treatment for a critically ill puppy can pass $10,000 and still fail.
The protection is boring and structural: buy from an AVS licensed shop. Our licence, AS24J00046, is verifiable on the AVS public registry in about thirty seconds, and it binds us to sourcing, welfare and record standards that an ad with a burner number simply is not bound by.

What a corgi costs after day one
The purchase price is the entry fee, not the subscription. Budget realistically for a 10 to 13 kilogram double-coated athlete: quality food runs roughly $80 to $120 a month; grooming is mostly home labour (an undercoat rake and twenty minutes, several times a week) with an optional professional deshed during coat blows at $80 to $120 a session; annual vaccination boosters and a wellness check sit around $100 to $200 a year; and pet insurance, if you take it, starts around $30 to $60 monthly depending on cover.
None of these numbers are exotic, but a Corgi sheds and eats like a bigger dog than its height suggests, and your budget should know that.
The licence itself is small money with a sterilisation twist worth knowing: $13.50 a year for a puppy under five months, $81 a year for an unsterilised dog over five months, but back to $13.50 a year, or $35 once for life, when sterilised. Sterilisation conversations typically happen around month seven, and the licence maths quietly rewards it.

How payment actually works with us

When you decide, payment is made at the shop in one sitting, we file the licence and paperwork there and then, and delivery is scheduled around week 9, usually within days. A small deposit can hold a specific puppy after you have met it; we do not take deposits for puppies you have never seen. Instalment arrangements are occasionally possible, ask us directly rather than assuming either way.
And the promise that backs all of it: if within five days the match is genuinely wrong, bring the puppy back. We would rather refund a purchase than have a Corgi spend its first year in a home that regrets it. That, plus a care advice line that keeps answering long after the invoice, is what the all-in price actually buys.

Is there a deposit and is it refundable?
A small deposit can hold a puppy you have already met. Terms are stated in writing when you pay it. We never take deposits for unseen puppies.
How much is the dog licence?
